Skysun Miami
Cookie Policy
Version dated
SKYSUN, CORP. operates the Skysun Miami website. This policy describes the cookies and similar storage used by this version of the website. It should be read together with the Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies and similar storage do
Cookies are small values a website can ask your browser to send back with later requests. Session storage is separate storage inside a browser tab. Both can support a requested website function; their purpose and duration matter, not just their name.
2. Storage used by this website
The entries below describe this website’s own implementation. Additional tools added by a hosting provider or a later website integration require a separate review.
- skysun_session — first-party cookie
- Purpose and trigger: Security session for the inquiry service when the online form is enabled and checks availability or is used. The cookie contains a session identifier, not the text of your inquiry.
- Duration: Session cookie managed by the browser. Session restoration can affect when the browser removes it. The form security token has a separate validity of up to one hour.
- skysun-language-draft — sessionStorage
- Purpose and trigger: Transfers unfinished contact and trip fields within the same tab when you choose to change language. It is not an advertising identifier.
- Duration: Removed when the destination inquiry form reads it. If navigation is interrupted, it may remain for the lifetime of the tab; browser session restoration may preserve tab data.
- _GRECAPTCHA — Google, only if enabled
- Purpose and trigger: Security and risk analysis by optional reCAPTCHA v3 after you interact with the form. Google may use additional storage under its policies.
- Duration: Managed by Google and your browser; it is not limited to this website’s own session. Review Google’s linked privacy information and browser controls.
3. Technologies not included
This version does not include analytics or advertising cookies, marketing pixels, social-media embeds, or an embedded interactive map. Fonts and images are served with the website. The language transfer is tied to your chosen language change, not a persistent advertising preference. Google reCAPTCHA v3 is optional and off by default. When enabled by the agency, it loads after form interaction and may set cookies and process security signals under Google’s own policies. A visible notice links those policies before you submit. If you prefer not to use that service, contact us by phone.
The service also keeps limited security counters on the server. Those counters are not browser cookies. Their attempt-limiting window is ten minutes; that is not a promise that every hosting log or temporary file is erased after ten minutes.
4. Your controls
You can block or clear cookies and site data through your browser. Blocking the security cookie can prevent the online inquiry form from working. Blocking tab storage can prevent unfinished fields from being carried across languages; the language pages remain accessible. You can contact the agency by telephone instead.
The current version has no analytics or advertising-cookie settings panel because those technologies are not included. If optional tracking is added, this policy and the relevant controls must be updated and permission obtained before use wherever required by applicable law.
5. External links
Google Maps and your chosen phone or SMS application are opened only when you select their links. A destination service may use its own cookies or other technology once opened. Its own policies and controls apply; this website does not manage them.
6. Updates and contact
The version date appears on this page. For questions about this website’s storage, contact Skysun Miami at +1 786 840 0659 or 6205 Waterford District Dr, Suite 270, Miami, FL 33126. Changes in technologies or processing require this policy to be reviewed.
